"For me, caring is not just a profession; it is a calling!"

I provide in-person and online counseling for young people and adults in cases of:

Anxiety: Excessive worry, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and physical symptoms. I help manage stress, restructure anxious thoughts, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Depression: Persistent sadness, lack of energy, loss of interest, and changes in sleep and appetite. I work to identify thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and restore self-esteem and purpose.

Panic Disorder: Sudden fear accompanied by physical symptoms such as shortness of breath and dizziness. I use psychotherapy techniques and relaxation strategies to address triggers and reduce fear associated with panic attacks.

Relationship Difficulties: Frequent conflicts and communication challenges. I assist in developing empathy and skills to build healthy relationships.

Existential Crises: Questions about purpose and life direction. I create a space to explore values, rebuild meaning, and gain clarity in goals and choices.
