Professional Journey

My professional journey includes over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, working in multinational companies in Brazil such as Accenture, Bombardier Transportation, Maclene, Penske Logistics, and Hewlett Packard. I have worked in leadership development, organizational strategy design, and career management. This corporate experience has given me a deep understanding of the pressures and emotional challenges that affect the balance between professional and personal life. In the clinical field, I have been practicing for over 10 years in various areas, ranging from managing psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression to providing support for existential and relational issues. My practice is characterized by an integrative and personalized approach that values each client’s individuality and seeks to provide tools to overcome
I am experienced as a facilitator in live events and discussions on these topics, creating spaces for dialogue and learning. Additionally, I have experience as a teacher, helping to train and equip other professionals and groups I work with.
I also volunteer at the NGO Mantena Global Care, which supports Brazilian immigrants in the New Jersey and New York areas. This experience allows me to assist people in vulnerable situations, providing emotional and
psychological challenges.
Throughout my career, I have also worked as a speaker for diverse audiences, including companies, schools, and churches. I address topics such as emotional health aligned with the Bible, leadership, personal development, and teamwork. I always strive to offer a perspective that combines Christian and psychological principles, promoting a practical and uplifting understanding.
